Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the Logo Specialist team, guaranteeing outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement metrics to monitor team performance and progress.
- Provide tailored training and coaching to team members, encompassing system knowledge, product expertise, and effective communication strategies.
- Identify operational and technological enhancements to optimize the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality of work.
- Conduct quality assurance assessments to elevate the standard of logo design and creation.
- Facilitate staff onboarding and deliver performance reviews to enhance team development.
- Address and resolve complex issues raised by team members or customers in a timely manner.
- Analyze performance data regularly and act promptly on any identified concerns.
- Maintain the team’s PTO schedule, ensuring coverage for all logo requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, such as Marketing and Sales, to ensure quality deliverables and timely execution.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.
- Familiarity with PULSE software is advantageous.

Qualifications
- An Associate degree is required; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
